La gatta nel presepe / The cat in the crib

Quest' anno gli auguri hanno come base la gatta di Veronica che ha trovato comodo sistemarsi nel tradizionale presepe tra pecorelle e pastori (e difficilmente si riesce a farla sloggiare), è al caldo, vicino a una vetrata da dove gode sia la luce che la vista, insomma, un angoletto privilegiato.

E allora l'augurio per questo Natale, ma esteso anche all'anno nuovo, è che possiamo trovare anche noi, magari nel nostro cuore, un angolo privilegiato, sereno, caldo (da dove difficilmente le tristezze della vita riusciranno a farci sloggiare).

For this year my wishes for Christmas have the image of Veronica's cat, that has found it convenient to settle down in the traditional nativity scene of sheep and shepherds (and it is difficult to dislodge it), the crib is warm, near a window where has the light and a nice view, surely a privileged nook.

So my wish for this Christmas, but also extended to the new year, is that we can also find us, maybe in our hearts, a preferred angle, clear, warm (where the sorrows of life hardly manage to dislodge us).
